The duct is bedded on a level oversite or sub floor and the final screed is finished flush with the duct top edges. Manufactured to the highest specification our trunking systems are created to nut and bolt together saving on installation time and cost.

Steel covers should be temporarily fitted before screeding flush with top of tray then removed to install services after the screed has dried. Return flanges give recessed support to the pre cut plywood covers laid flush with the rest of the finished floor. Standard specifications sizes all floor ducting profiles are 2500mm long. Integral flanges to each side stabilise the duct and promote a firm hold by keying into the screed.

Manufactured from hot dipped mild steel single or multi compartment versions. Cableduct supplies a range of trunking and service box solutions for flush screed and in screed underfloor applications a service box can be fitted in any screed floor with a minimum of at least 55mm screed depth. The type i in screed services duct is designed to accomodate pipes or electrical wiring required to pass through a screeded floor. Auto adjustable to screed height 65 up to 90 mm.

The plywood coverboard fits flush with the floor screed and can be simply removed to allow for rapid and effective access to pipes. Accept pvc and metal screed floor ducting and conduits ø20 mm and ø25 mm. In addition to the standard sizes shown below we can also make any special size without minimum quantities.
